Our role covers the complete design and supervision of the technology scope. This creates a consistent basis for the systems, physical infrastructure and delivery responsibilities needed across the property, while giving the owner clear visibility of progress and dependencies.
Hakaway also acts as the owner's representative throughout procurement. We translate the operational and brand requirements into a structured purchasing process, coordinate the relevant parties and help maintain alignment between design intent, commercial decisions and implementation.
The engagement continues through solution deployment and opening support. At this stage, the focus moves from specification to coordinated execution: following delivery, identifying gaps and helping the project team prepare the technology environment for hotel operations.
