Supporting brand alignment at Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca

A hotel conversion must bring together the physical building, the incoming brand requirements and the realities of day-to-day operation. At Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca, Hakaway supported that alignment across the technology workstream.

The engagement began with validation against the applicable brand standards. We reviewed the technology requirements in the context of the existing property and followed the related infrastructure work, helping the project team identify where further coordination or action was required.

We also provided procurement support and vendor management. This helped connect the requirements defined during validation with the suppliers and solutions needed for delivery, while keeping responsibilities and interfaces visible to the owner.

During implementation, Hakaway maintained an overview of solution deployment and integration. The emphasis was not only on individual systems, but also on how those systems would come together as part of a functioning hotel environment.

By combining brand validation, infrastructure follow-up and delivery coordination, the assignment gave the owner a structured view of technology readiness throughout the conversion.
