Designing the operating platform for Gemswell InfraSports
Hakaway is designing the information-system landscape for Gemswell InfraSports, the Madrid-based operator behind Madrid Surf Park and its planned future surf-park portfolio.
A multi-site leisure operator needs systems that work for the first venue and provide a repeatable foundation for the venues that follow. Hakaway is supporting Gemswell InfraSports in designing that operating platform.
The engagement covers the operating company's information-system design, establishing how the core applications and information flows should support both central management and park operations. The scope includes ticketing and booking, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and product information management.
These platforms must work together as an operating ecosystem. The design therefore considers the connections between customer journeys, products, transactions, operational processes and management information, while keeping future expansion in view.
Hakaway also represents the owner through the full request-for-proposal process, translating the target operating model into structured requirements and supporting supplier evaluation. The assignment continues into deployment management, coordinating delivery and maintaining visibility across systems and vendors.
The aim is a scalable information-system foundation: one that supports Madrid Surf Park and can be developed further as Gemswell InfraSports expands its surf-park portfolio.
